Good food and great service

Went there last night the young waitress was rude we had to ask for water and ranch for hot wings after 5 min they sat and got cold. Then she brought our pizza and never came back to see what we need we had to ask for our tab. I was very DISAPPOINTED!

Friendly staff. Beautiful place. Good specials and freshly made bread.

Very poor food, being vegetarian I ordered minestrone soup,I make minestrone soup. It was luke warm, 3 slices carrots one piece green bean a couple slices celery and cabbage mostly liquid Bread fair butter so soft starting to melt. Definitely will never go back. Service was fair.

This restaurant is my favored. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The team is very attentive and the food they offer is so flavorful. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent meal here. I highly recommend this place.

The food was delicious and the service was great. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Di Cicco's never disappoints.

I forget about this location because I live out in Clovis it's a little bit of a drive for me but well worth it the food is great and has been forever highly recommend you give it a try inside has been newly remodeled.

This Diccos one of the better ones in Fresno On Clinton ALLWAYS Nice and professional and Inside is clean pluse food is Decent.

Atmosphere was excellent. This location is a really neat experience to dine at, though there were several very important things that weigh into our experience.We dined in for valentine's day, which was expected to be very busy, but this location was able to get us in immediately. We were seated and immediately forgotten about as others were seated around us and orders were taken even before we had our drink order taken or bread brought to the table.It took us having to flag down our waitress to get any attention. When we finally had received our food, they forgot to serve me any pasta with my dish, which we had to ask the manager for to go at the end of the meal. We were not tended to, greeted or thanked as we left the restaurant, even by the 3 to 4 waitresses standing at the counter in the front. In short, the food was delicious but the customer service and care left something to be desired.

Love the food and customer service!! I had the mozzarella sticks, Scarface and LOTS of bread!! The portions are huge! A wonderful dining experience for the family. The employees were so attentive to every table in the restaurant. My daughter had a pizza and the crust was delicious. I would have taken a picture but everything was so yummy that we couldn't stop ourselves😍 Do yourself a favor and visit the great family restaurant. You will not be disappointed!

This place has wonderful food! The manicotti is excellent! Also their bread is absolutely decadent! I give this restaurant a 5/5 and would definitely recommend everyone to try out the restaurant at least once!

The food and service was amazing!

This restaurant is beautifully decorated and I wish I could give it 5 stars, but with the chicken dry and overcooked in the Scarface and one of our Calzones dripping with grease that made the bread soggy, and my salad served with lots of dressing when I asked for it on the side, it was definitely not anywhere near a 5 star experience. I wish the Calzones were consistently cooked properly because I had hoped to come here often.

We were seated right away. No one come to even ask for drink orders for approximately 30min. We were ready to leave when one waiter came and gave an apology for the waitress that went home about the time we arrived. My gripe was that there were only four tables to be waited on. Not even a "we will be right with you" nothing. I sort of felt bad for not leaving a tip. But my motto is...you start 15% when i walk in. You go up or down depending solely on your service.

I ordered three calzones and did not wat them until two days later to find out that they were burnt on the bottom. I called and spoke to a unprofessional manager named Diane who showed no concern or empathy.. I have been eating here for over 40 years and the customer service has changed with these young kids working. I had to advise her that I was not looking for a discount or a hand out but when a customer is spending over $40 it needs to be corrected

They sold my boyfriend a perfect pizza today :) It wasn't salty, or greasy!...it had a crisp crust and fresh flavorful ingredients...best pizza I've ever had!

Food is good. Customer service is not good. Older lady waitress with short curly hair should not be there. Need to make some staff changes. Restaurant has a good reputation but once you go the customer service will make you want to take out the food.

Horrible banquet. Called a week ago and talked to someone they told me the price was for enough food for the amount of people I had coming. When we got there they told us a whole othet story. Bill came out to TWO times what they said. There were 2 people working the whole restaurant. No silverware or essentials until someone basically got mad at them. Extremely unorganized. Horrible horrible service. Would not recommend.

Always a wonderful place to eat. It can be a little pricey, but the food is worth it. The service is top notch as well.

The inside is very beautiful, the glass windows and all the decor. The food was really good I just been awhile since I've Ben to dicicco's but I'm glad the food is still good. Our server was out and about more than he was at our table then we got to wait a while to flag him down if we needed anyting. The music was also very nice played a many variety of songs.

One of my top locations for Italian food. Service is typically above par. It has a nice atmosphere.

Always good food

I always get a salmon dinner with no problems but tonight it had so many bones in it about a quarter of the way into it I choked on one. I then called them and told them I had choked on it and they didnt offer me anything, I had to ask since I'm not eating it. After they asked me to drive back over with all my food to refund me.. I'm sad that this happened because that was always my go to dish but now I'm scared to even eat salmon after they told me it was supposed to have bones in it.

Great food. Antipasto and bruschetta appetizers are delicious. Calzones, ravioli, manicotti, scarface and alfredo sauce are awesome. I love this location.

They food is always good when i dine in...still got good service with only one server..i love the meatball sandwhich..my wife gets the lasagna and my kids get the spaghetti with meatballs...only diciccos restaurant i go to in town...other diciccos dont cook the same as this place..i reccomend this place
